What is a Giclée print?

A Giclée print is a museum-quality fine art print made using a specialized high-resolution inkjet printer. Giclée prints are known for their exceptional detail, rich color accuracy, and remarkable longevity—far surpassing those of standard prints.

How long will my print last?

Giclée prints can last over 100 years without fading, especially when properly cared for and kept out of direct sunlight. 

Does my print come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. The Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) is a document that guarantees the authenticity of the artwork.

How are the prints sent?

Prints are sent in a cardboard tube or a cardboard box (EU only). They are also wrapped in tissue paper.

How long will it take for my order to ship, and how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 days.

Shipping times vary based on the destination.

UK: 2-3 working days

EU: 5-7 working days

Rest of the world: 10-15 working days

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Yes, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer returns?

Returns of unwanted items are not accepted. However, in cases where products are damaged or incorrect, they may be collected for further investigation.
